1) Scope of Work
PHOTOGRAPHER agrees to provide senior session, for CLIENT, which includes professional hair and makeup, up to 2 hours of shooting, plus 1 favorite edited image, for the yearbook.
CLIENT has the option of splitting sessions into one 30-minute studio session, and one 90-minute on-location session. Hair and makeup will only be provided for one of these sessions if they occur on different days – chosen by CLIENT.
2) Fees
PHOTOGRAPHER shall provide services for a total of $450. Session will not commence until payment have been made. $225 is due at the time of booking, with the remaining $225 due at the beginning of the on-location session.
3) Image Processing and Delivery
Developing and processing images will take up to 3 weeks per session. Upon completion, images will be delivered, for viewing, to CLIENT via an online gallery.
All additional digital images (minus one favorite image, for the yearbook), prints, and products are ordered thru PHOTOGRAPHER. CLIENT has $100 print/product credit to use towards all purchases.
4) File Resolution and Permission
All photographic materials, including but not limited to digital files, prints and proofs shall be the exclusive property of the PHOTOGRAPHER. Prints and/or images purchased by CLIENT are for personal use only. CLIENT shall not sell or authorize any reproductions of said prints.
All digital images purchased by CLIENT will be high resolution and watermark-free, to be used solely for sharing and printing images for personal use by CLIENT. CLIENT is the only authorized users of any purchased digital files and shall not attempt to gain profit or monetary compensation through distribution of these files.
5) Model Release
By signing this agreement, CLIENT agrees to allow their images to be used by PHOTOGRAPHER for commercial use such as but not limited to: website, portfolio, self-promotion, marketing and professional competition without further notice.
6) Storage of Received Images
Purchase of high resolution images releases PHOTOGRAPHER of all responsibility to store or maintain edited or original files/images. It is the responsibility of the CLIENT to make sure all images received are backed-up and stored properly.
7) Loss or damage of film
Any loss or damage of film or digital files during scanning/processessing will result in CLIENT receiving a full refund of fees paid. CLIENT can choose to reschedule another session, and the PHOTOGRAPHER will credit CLIENT fees already paid. PHOTOGRAPHER is not responsible for any additional compensation.
