Ready to book?

 1) Scope of Work 

PHOTOGRAPHER agrees to provide 3 mini portrait sessions, for CLIENT, which EACH includes up to 20 minutes of shooting, plus 10 favorite edited images, plus printing rights.

2) Fees 

PHOTOGRAPHER shall provide services for $150, per session, for a total of $450. 1/4 of total ($112.50) is due to book with 3 payments of $112.50 due at the beginning of the three sessions. Sessions will not commence until payments have been made.

3) Image Processing and Delivery 

Developing and processing images will take up to 2 weeks per session. Upon completion, images will be delivered to CLIENT, via an online gallery, if session has been paid in full.

4) File Resolution and Permission 

All photographic materials, including but not limited to digital files, prints and proofs shall be the exclusive property of the PHOTOGRAPHER. Prints and/or images purchased by CLIENT are for personal use only. CLIENT shall not sell or authorize any reproductions of said prints. 

CLIENT will receive high resolution watermark-free images to be used solely for printing images for personal use by CLIENT. CLIENT is the only authorized users of any purchased digital files and shall not attempt to gain profit or monetary compensation through distribution of these files. 

5) Model Release 

By signing this agreement, CLIENT agrees to allow their images to be used by PHOTOGRAPHER for commercial use such as but not limited to: website, portfolio, self-promotion, marketing and professional competition without further notice. 

6) Storage of Received Images 

Purchase of high resolution images releases PHOTOGRAPHER of all responsibility to store or maintain edited or original files/images. It is the responsibility of the CLIENT to make sure all images received are backed-up and stored properly. 

7) Loss or damage of film and/or files

Any loss or damage of film or digital files during scanning/processessing will result in CLIENT receiving a full refund of fees paid for session. CLIENT can choose to reschedule another session, and the PHOTOGRAPHER will credit CLIENT fees already paid. PHOTOGRAPHER is not responsible for any additional compensation.
