The last few months of Suzanne’s pregnancy would make anyone dizzy. After suffering contractions for months and being diagnosed with cholestasis of pregnancy, she was diagnosed as totally fine. Then told she had cholestasis again. Then, nope. Fine. And guess what – given a verdict of cholestasis again.

It was time to have that baby.

I knew she was going to be induced Monday morning – which made for one pretty anxious Monday morning, afternoon and evening for this girl! Around 6pm, I finally got the text and made my way to St Elizabeth’s.

When I arrived, the room was dimly lit and Suzanne was working her way past 6cm. A little over 3 hours later, she and her husband Bennett welcomed Annabel Leona to their family. All 8lbs, 6oz of her perfectly pink cute self … and I got to capture it. It was loud and crowded and crazy. It was awesome!

Amazing documentation of this little miracle. So happy for the Holzworth family! Exhale! Every one of these pictures are incredible and you got them posted so quickly for her to share, what a GIFT!!!

All of the pictures are so beautiful! Her experience with L&D was very romantic! ( I wish mine was as romantic as yours, Suz!:) )

I am so glad we decided to do this! These pictures are indeed a treasure and will be meaningful for generations.

Birth photography sounded a little “out there” to me at first…but I’m SO glad I changed my mind! Jess was so respectful about getting the kind of images that we wanted and she was so aware of giving us our “space” during the birth. I would reccomrnd this to anyone I know. It’s a wonderful way to record new life and the “Birth Day”. Beautiful! I couldn’t be happier!
